It has been a few months since I updated this blog, so I thought I would use it to track my walking. I am practicing for the annual Sun Run / Walk in Vancouver, which is a big goal for me this year. The distance is 10 KM and I want to do it under 2 hours. Right now I am on target, so I just need to build up my stamina.
Found a great site to help map out my routes so I can track my distance. I have been practicing for the last month and have built up a good rhythm.
This is my daily walk with my dog.

Do you make any beer stops along the way?

Good work pal!
And mark… what do you think the numbers on the maps represent?
