It’s so close you can almost feel it! Just a couple of days before
“Hipeponymous” hits the street! Tuesday, November 1st is the day the limited edition box set arrives.

For those that have called or E-mailed your local radio station requesting to hear “No Threat” - thank you! Keep it coming!! It’s been getting a great response so far.

A new Hipeponymous shirt hit the shelves at Maple Music last night. Check it out! And for the last time, here are the release dates and details:

November 1:
“Hipeponymous” is being released and it includes everything listed below

November 8:
“Yer Favourites” - 2 cd’s, 37 songs
“That Night In Toronto” - 24 song live DVD

The limited edition box set is very cool. It includes the two CD’s from “Yer Favourites” which contains 35 remastered classics and 2 brand new songs including the new single, “No Threat”. The box set also includes two DVDs, one entitled “That Night in Toronto, a Film by Pierre & Fran?ois Lamoureux” which captures The Tragically Hip live in concert at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre in November 2004 and was filmed in High Definition and mixed in PCM Stereo and5.1 Surround Sound.

“Hipeponymous” also includes an exclusive bonus DVD only available in the box set that features all 23 of The Tragically Hip’s music videos, a 50-minute film directed by Christopher Mills entitled “Macroscopic”, and 11 visual vignettes set to new original score from The Tragically Hip called “The Right Whale”. There is also a 48 page book featuring original artwork included in the box.

Here is a snippet from my current .htaccess file which takes care of forwarding all of my old entries to their new location. This also allowed me to remove the old static content and simply rely on the database backend.
