eBay and their abuse protection is basically non existent.
Sure they promote their safe harbour etc, but when you actually try and use the services, you have to jump through hoops. They hide contact information, and are very very slow at return emails. If you are a victim of an eBay fraud or just want to report suspicious activities, they make it very difficult for someone to report it. You need to wade though screens of information and did you do this, did you do that, and you end up feeling you are the bad person.
Come on eBay, if I have difficulty with finding contact information, I bet allot of fraud and suspicious activity is not reported because people get frustrated and just give up, which is probably by design!
