Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf?

The BBC are really building up the hype on the last episode of the series. by releasing clips everyday at noon till the big day on June 18th. It will be interesting to see how fast the torrent will be. Russell T Davies has done a great job of bringing back the Doctor, and has put everything into the series that make Sci-Fi fans rejoice. The whole production around the new series is just a class A job.

My theory is the Dalek from the previous episode did not self terminate, he transported away and rebuilt the new army with the genetic material from Rose.

This series may end on Saturday, but there are 28 more episodes of Doctor Who to come in the next two years, including two Christmas Specials, and two further series of 13 episodes.

Series two is currently slated to begin in March, it was announced last night at a press screening, and will star Billie Piper throughout, with visits to alien planets and a return by the Cybermen.

So I have had my Toshiba A30 laptop for over a year and it has worked well. Lately the fan started to run at high speed all the time and performance was sluggish. I was thinking the heat sink on the CPU needs adjustment or that the fan sensor is flaky. So I did some googling ( GIYF Google is your friend) and came across an article on the same laptop with the same problems. I followed the instructions and found that my heat sink was all clogged like his.

I cleaned it out, and now my laptop is running cool and quiet.

I have a Toshiba A30 laptop that I am very happy with except this problem with the Ctrl key locking. I am not sure what was causing this, but I could not find any way of turning it off unless I rebooted or hooked up a usb keyboard and clicked the left Ctrl key to unlock the Ctrl key. This was very frustrating and many goolge searches did not find anything.
Today I found an undocumented Fn-Ctrl will unlock this! Yahoo, and goodbye to this frustration undocumented feature!
